INTERNSHIP POSITIONS
The internship program at MSU is one of the largest on campus, and in our industry. Serving literally hundreds of corporations across the nation, and some internationally, the program sees continued growth due in large part to the quality of students available, and the level of assistance offered in hiring them.
Interns are an excellent way to temporarily add staff with a bright, capable packaging junior or senior who is seeking professional work experience.
Intern hires are an excellent way of adding immediate assistance to staff and aids in identifying potential full-time employees for future positions. Interns are capable of offering a great deal of assistance to regular staff engineers while taking on many projects independently. Employers are expected to utilize the student in a professional capacity providing work assignments and projects that contribute to their education and professional development.
Advantages are offered to employers through enhanced full-time recruiting and greater recognition among packaging majors.
