Eric Greenberg is Principal Attorney at Eric F. Greenberg, P.C., a Chicago-based law firm with clients worldwide, representing business clients at every level of the food and drug development, production, distribution, and packaging industries. Its practice encompasses Food and Drug Law, packaging law, and commercial litigation. The firm’s lawyers have extensive experience advising and representing food and drug producers, cosmetics and medical device manufacturers, and packaging manufacturers, converters and designers on issues involving FDA requirements; food contact notifications; GRAS Notices and analyses; USDA requirements; labeling requirements; defense against allegations of FDA violations; and preparation for government inspections. Eric is General Counsel to the Contract Packaging Association. He is a member of the Adjunct Faculty of Chicago Kent College of Law and the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
